Clair crashing on "fatal error: concurrent map writes"

      Clair has been consistently crashing even after updating to 3.6.2 which is causing a number of issues with the deployment and stagnating the number of images that can be scanned.

      I have attached the error in a file below as the go backtrace is significantly larger than what would fit in the description here.
