Currently, you can only install minor release versions without the ability to target specific versions of that minor release.

A few different customers had made this request for validation of migration/upgrade paths in specific environments and the way these are tested internally for them to validate prod/dev environments.

Because of this the request lies in the ability to target specific minor release install targets which include previously released operator versions (such as 3.6.0 or 3.5.6, etc).
