Quay operator on OpenShift 4.6 with hugepages cannot deploy

Per upstream bug, I am seeing an error similar to:

When I manage to inject a custom postgresql.conf.sample file with huge_pages = off then the deployment starts.

If we can pass a parameter to postgres this might work or understand why the huge_pages = try option isn't failing back correctly that might also help.
