Duplicate reports of the same CVE in the security report

      Some images are still showing duplicate reports, even on Clair 4.3.4 (image version 3.6.1).

      Examples:
      ubi8/nodejs-12
      ubi8/nodejs-16

      The clairctl report in JSON format has been added to the case for the nodejs-12 image. Screenshots are also attached. Not sure if these are corner cases. The update retention on my computer is set to 2.
