Quay bridge operator prevents deletion of builds

What problem/issue/behavior are you having trouble with? What do you expect to see?
The Quay bridge operator prevents builds from being deleted since I've upgraded our Quay and Quay bridge versions to 3.6.

The message user get when trying to delete any build is:
Error from server: admission webhook "

quayintegrations.quay.redhat.com

" denied the request: there is no content to decode
