Story: As a long-term Quay customers I want to leverage a migration guide in the documentation so that I an move my existing VM based Quay deployment to an operator-managed setup running on OpenShift.

Background: Running Quay in VMs was a popular choice in the past. We should provide instructions how to migrate to an operator-based setup to teach users how they can retain their overall configuration but leverage the operator for automating updates, auto-scaling, enablement of additional features and platform integration. Areas to cover include:

• migrating Quay/Clair configuration
• considerations for database data migration
• considerations for blob storage migration
