Quay 3.5.7 TLS Cert should contain the builder route name in SAN list when route is managed

Description:

This is an issue found when use quay 3.5.7 to build image, when choose to use managed route and use the TLS Cert generated by Quay 3.5.7 Operator, found the quay app route name is duplicated in the SAN list of Quay TLS Cert, but the builder route name is not existed in the SANS, the results is builder service can't connect with build manager via grpc.
