Description:
This is an issue found when deploying Quay 3.6.0 with Quay Operator, now after created QuayRegistry CR(with all managed components), checking the POD status, found Quay, Clair, Mirror are not ready, but on OCP Console, it reported the available is true and "all registry component healthchecks passing", that's not correct status-notification to Quay Customers, and they'll be confused, pls show correct QuayRegistry status on OCP Console
Note: Quay image is "quay-operator-bundle-container-v3.6.0-47"
