Story: As a user of the AiO installer in an enterprise environment, I want to be able to inject custom certs into the Quay registry so other clients immediately trust it via my corporate PKI.

Acceptance criteria:

• by default the installer generates self-signed certs
• the installers has an optional CLI switch that allow to inject custom CA as well as custom public/private key pairs for Quay TLS endpoints
