Combined urls in security scan report (pointing to errata URL)

Current implementation of Quay/Clair 3.5.2 creates links to published erratas provided by Red Hat. Unfortunately the link to those URLs also have the link to the CVEs appended (separated with a space). This results in a 404 when clicking on that link.

The links to errata and CVE should be separated.
