Goal: For each managed component, we need to document the what are the respective steps and configuration bundle directions to supply configuration for customer-managed components.

Prioritized deliverables:

• custom postgres database for Quay (and later Clair when separate db is supported)
• custom redis
• custom object storage
• custom Clair (in lieu of deploying Clair with an existing separate db)
• document all Quay config directives that are unavailable if a component is managed
