Support distributed deployment of Clair v4 on Openshift

      The distributed deployment of Clair v4 is only supported in upstream and for standalone. 

      As of now we dont support distributed deployment of Clair on Openshift 4, We have customer who are willing to set it up in such a manner. Please provide steps to perform the same.
