If we modify anything within secret referenced by configBundleSecret , Quay-operator doesnt reconcile automatically, Inorder to force reconcile we have to delete Quay-operator pod, this is not acceptable for many users, especially when Quay-config app throws errors when they try reconfiguring Quay and users are only left with option of updating the secret.

This is mainly due to Quayregistry not having successfully completed status, this prevents any reconcile, even if we reconcile via Quay config app changes are not populated due to Quayregistry status
