Daniel Messer noted that there are reports from the field that some customers are receiving 520 returns from quay.io scan results from the quay api. It would be nice to first create a metric that can be viewed in grafana so that we can get a sense of the steady state. We could then use that graph to see if it correlates with reports from the field. We could later add an alert for when these errors pass a particular threshold.
