Quay Operator reports wrong hostname in registryEndpoint status field for custom hostnames

I created a QuayRegistry with a custom hostname and the same certificates that I have on my ingress controllers.

The Operator set up the Route with certificates correctly.

But the status.registryEndpoint field is still set to the default hostname.

Content of config.yaml:

REGISTRY_TITLE: Red Hat Product Demo System Quay
SERVER_HOSTNAME: quay-wk.apps.cluster-wk.dynamic.opentlc.com
