Clair v4 fails to scan images due to duplicate key value on "scanned_manifest_pkey"

      Clair fails to scan occasional images and reports the following messages:

      There are no prior or later messages beyond the one shown above.

       

      Clair should be able to update/scan an image even if there already entries in the DB for that image - which probably do not identify such image as already scanned.
