Clair fails to scan occasional images and reports the following messages:
{"level":"error","component":"init/NewHttpTransport","component":"libindex/Libindex.Index","manifest":"sha256:18691c9fc6d4059d4f878328042dfd6ae058b444ae536fbc67f458248f806d06","component":"libindex/Libindex.index","component":"internal/indexer/controller/Controller.Index","manifest":"s ha256:18691c9fc6d4059d4f878328042dfd6ae058b444ae536fbc67f458248f806d06","state":"CheckManifest","error":"failed finish scann. attempt a rescan of the manifest: store:storeManifest failed to link manifest with scanner list: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint \"scanned_manifest_pkey\" (SQLSTATE 23505)","time":"2021-04-19T07:42:40Z","time":"2021-04-19T07:42:40Z","message":"error during scan"}
There are no prior or later messages beyond the one shown above.
Clair should be able to update/scan an image even if there already entries in the DB for that image - which probably do not identify such image as already scanned.
