1. Deploy quay v3.4.2 with clair
2. Push image registry.redhat.io/quay/quay-rhel8:v3.4.3 to quay, check image vulnerability
3. Upgrade quay with clair to v3.4.3, check again

4. Upgrade quay with clair to v3.4.4, check again

Actual results:

Unable to scan vulnerability

Show correct vulnerability
