Quay config app regenerates the certs on each reconcile

      Quay/quay-operator 3.4.1 

      Ensure you are not providing TLS certs as part of  configBundleSecret , then launch Quay config app and save the the config and hit reconfigure Quay. repeat the same process again and compare the certs generated by Quay operator both are different.
