OpenShift console erroring out after clicking on "all instances" in Red Hat Quay details when Quay is deployed via an operator

      The OpenShift console errors out with a message saying "Oh no, something went wrong". Screenshot is attached. To replicate:

      1) install Quay 3.3.4 via the operator
      2) iupgrade Quay 3.3.4 to 3.4.1 via the new operator.
      3) In the web gui "Operators" -> "Installed Operators" -> "Red Hat Quay" details -> "All Instances"

      • fails with error: "Oh no! Something went wrong."
