The encrypted passwords created by Quay's UI in 3.4 cannot be used to log in via CLI. Each and every time login fails with the "unauthorized" message. Adding a "SECRET_KEY" to the config.yaml file of Quay prior to database initialization seems to resolve this issue. This is a bug since "DATABASE_SECRET_KEY" should be used on all new installations of Quay for the same purpose.

Same error happens on 3.3 as well, from my testing.
