As discussed with Legal we need to keep the old TOS and Privacy pages active for 30days after we published the new TOS and notified users leveraging the banner message (https://jira.coreos.com/browse/QUAY-1748). 

 
On March 2, 2020 we should delete the content or entire pages:

• https://quay.io/privacy
• https://quay.io/contact/ 
• still TBD: https://quay.io/security/
