Documentation is required to align the tolerations the Quay Operator adds to deployed resources with the labels that customers need to use to declare their infrastructure nodes. The OCP documentation leaves this free form but historically (and in all the examples) the label that is used is infra. We need to tell customers that they need to use that exact label so that the Quay resources deployed by the Operator can get scheduled on those nodes.
