Clair v4 fails to start with failed to validate config: notifier mode requires a database connection string because the section is missing from the config file provided. Despite the upstream documentation suggesting that setting the environment variable CLAIR_MODE to "combo" mode means it's running indexer and matcher in the same instance, it actually also includes the notifier.
