This is document issue found when reviewing Quay V3.4  docs. Now in Quay V3.4 the password to login quay config editor can't be customized, that means quay customers need to know the steps of how to get the password and each time after use config editor trigger reconfigure quay, the password is changed.

Issue #1: In section "1.1.1. Running the Config Tool from the Red Hat Quay Operator", pls give steps of how to get the password to login quay config editor, see the screenshots to found the credentials.

Issue #2: In section "1.1.1. Running the Config Tool from the Red Hat Quay Operator", pls reminder users that  each time after use config editor to trigger reconfigure quay, the password is changed, quay customers need to get the new password.
