Quay currently does not let me have groups within my organization to further partition and organize containers.

For example, I'd like to have a subgroup for an app, with subgroups inside for managing base containers, devel overlays, etc.

This would mean that something like quay.io/orgfoo/grpbaz/subbar/base:fedora and quay.io/orgfoo/grpbaz/appmin:latest should be possible, just as quay.io/orgfoo/app:full is.
