Epic Goal

• Deploy latest (HEAD) version of Quay code onto quay.io.

Why is this important?

• Currently we are running against the 'quayio' branch which was opened during the python3 migration.  We should be deploying from HEAD at all times so quay.io contains latest code.
• We cannot continue to maintain two code bases (python2 and python3).
• We need the new code base to be able to use Clair V4 in production.

Acceptance Criteria

• Clair V4 successfully moved to production and running with AppSRE support (PROJQUAY-54).
• HEAD fully stress tested and confirmed ready to take on quay.io load.
• All parts of Quay codebase not typically tested by QE for a RH Quay release (e.g. AppRegistry) have been fully tested for functionality and performance.
• All quay.io stakeholders (Eng, AppSRE, PX, OCP, OLM) have signed off on the move.
