Manage Redhat Quay Section 8

Once CSO is installed and later uninstalled the CSO will leave behind the "Image vulnerabilities" under administration and openshift console overview. Uninstalling CSO from all the namespaces doesnt remove this component. Inorder to remove user should delete the CRD as follows 

oc delete crd imagemanifestvulns.secscan.quay.redhat.com

Please add  a section on how to remove CSO and add the details mentioned above
