Document Route Setup for Quay Builders with OpenShift

When Quay is running on OpenShift and exposed using Routes, a separate Route must be created for the build manager gRPC server because Routes do not support multiple ports. Docs should include creation of this separate Route with passthrough TLS termination, ensuring the build manager hostname is part of Quay's ca.crt, and what the config.yaml looks like.
