Description:

This is an issue found when click "Builder Workers" on "quay management" from "quay super admin panel", actually the link navigate to incorrect location to "openshift.com", see attached screenshot.

Note: In Quay V3.4 quay builder was changed, need to update to point to the correct location.

Steps:

1. Deploy Quay with TNG Operator with all default settings
2. Login quay with super user
3. Click "Super user admin panel"
4. Click "Management service keys"
5. Click "Builder Worker"

Expected Results:

Navigate to correct quay builder location.

Actual Results:

Navigate to "openshift.com"
