correct expiry tag label in documentation

      Section 4.2 tag expiration:

      By setting the quay.expires.after= LABEL in the Dockerfile when the image is created. This sets a time to expire from when the image is built.

      The above tag "quay.expires.after=" is incorrect and should be "quay.expires-after=". The dot should be replaced with a dash between "expires" and "after"
