If a user attempts to create an org with an email that is already in use they can easily get stuck on a page that requires a refresh and reentering org name and email info etc just to be able to fill out the captcha. [See attached screen recording]

If quay.io requests recaptcha revalidation users should be able to click to do so without a browser refresh.
