Running Quay with a new Config from ConfigTool, noticed that our defaults include:

MAIL_DEFAULT_SENDER: support@quay.io

Default should be 'user@example.com' or something generic, not quay.io

Also, when adding a user it is requiring email verification- we should disable this by default (it also makes dev/test challenging).  Config Tool should set this by default:

FEATURE_MAILING: false

 Make sure to make a change in Quay itself (config.py)
