Description:

This is an issue found when configure Quay to use Mysql Database, for target Mysql Database once configured to only allow Secure SSL connection, and use client_cert+client_key+Server_cert to connect, Quay doesn't support to be configured to connect, there's no way to configure client_cert and client_key

Note: for example, in real world Customers decide to use GCP SQL Mysql database, and configure to only allow secure connections, and then can only use client_cert+client_key+Server_cert to connect to new provisioning database.

Expected Results:

Quay should support to allow customers to use Secure SSL connection, and use client_cert+client_key+Server_cert to connect to target database

Actual Results:
