If a call to clair fails resulting in a "Could not load security information" in UI, the hover-text should include the full clair error message. (eg. "x509: certificate relies on l
egacy Common Name field, use SANs or temporarily enable Common Name matching with GODEBUG=x509ignoreCN=0")

This is necessary to help debug issues between the services.
