Description:

This is an issue found when update Quay Oauth Appliction, after click "Update Application " button, it was stuck, see screenshot attached

Note:

• this issue can be reproduced with Quay V3.3.1
• this issue can be reproduced with Browser Firefox and Chrome**

Steps:

1. Login Quay Console
2. Create new Organization named "qateam"
3. Under Organization "qateam", click tab "Applications"
4. Click "Create New Application" and give a valid name "app"
5. Click application "app"
6. Input URL and Callback URL
7. Click button "Update Application"

Expected Results:

After click button "Update Application",  application configurations are saved successfully 

Actual Results:

After click button "Update Application",  it was stuck.
