There is a known bug affecting the Quay operator (all supported versions). The operator fails to stop the reconciliation process when multiple ingress controllers are defined in the OCP cluster.
This leads the pods to be unstable since new replica sets are continuously created.

Please add a "Known Issue" note to the product documentation for all supported releases (excluding 3.12, which is already done). [1]
