Currently, at least as far as I can tell, it's not clear that database and S3 backups need to be taken at the same time. They must, otherwise the database might contain references to storage that are not present in storage, which poses a problem.

Suggest we add a disclaimer and explicitly state that for all backup procedures, PostgreSQL and S3 backup must be taken at the same time to avoid desyncing.
