In Red Hat Quay, when anonymous access is enabled, users who are not logged in can browse organizations and repositories and can see per-repository quota consumption in the repository list view. However, the organizational quota summary (for example, “Total Quota Consumed” displayed above the repository list) is not visible to anonymous users.

This results in an inconsistent user experience where partial quota information is available, but the overall organizational quota status is hidden unless the user is authenticated.

Currently, there does not appear to be a configuration option or documented setting to control the visibility of organizational quota information for anonymous users.
