Description:

Usability issue: "Pull Count, Last Pulled" columns do not dynamically update，expect not refresh the whole page and page asynchronous update

Quay: stable-3-16

Steps:

1. Create testorg/testrepo, and push a image tag eg. redis
2. Pull the redis by tag, stay at this page
3. Check Pull Count, Last Pulled columns status

Result:

the columns never update until refresh, or switch back from other pages.

When switch back from other tabs, the data first is OLD data, then change to the correct ones. in  PROJQUAY-9887, it first show original data, then changes to "Never/0", which looks not friendly
