As a VPA user, I might want to know how the folks at the OpenShift team were able to obtain those resource and QPS numbers that they put on their documentation.

The blog post will detail all the methodology, graphs, recreation steps somewhere (probably in a GitHub repo or something), and discussion about the spike, condensed and vetted into "blog post form". Depending on the blog medium, I may need proofreading from someone that overlooks that medium.
