In order to see which scalers are most important to support in Custom Metrics Autoscaler, and which are being used by customers, OpenShift should gather metrics on how many triggers are in use for each type of scaler in scaled jobs and scaled objects. Then, the data should be relayed as telemetry so that engineering can make informed decisions about where to devote resources.
