IdentityType.MODIFIED_AFTER is not processed correctly by DefaultIdentityQuery#setParameter()

    Description

      DefaultIdentityQuery#setParameter() create "equal" condition instead of "greather than" when parameter MODIFIED_AFTER is given.

      This is covered by LDAPUseCasesTestCase#testChanges(), but the test case gave false success until ApacheDS was upgraded to 2.0.0.
