Currently, the Identity Type Query API is very limited to equality conditions and single field sorting. It also lacks some basic functionality in order to support simple use cases such as:

LIKE condition for String-based parameters
GreaterThan/Equal and LessThan/Equal conditions
Between condition
In condition

PicketLink IDM must provide at lest those basic conditions when querying identity types.
