@Inject PermissionManager uses wrong partition

In IdentityManagementProducer, producePermissionManager() does not consider defaultPartition. As a result, the produced PermissionManager will always be for the PicketLink default realm, instead of the realm specified by the application.

Related to this, the PicketLink documentation needs to be updated. Specifically, sections 3.1.1 and 10.3.1 do not mention that PermissionManager can be injected.
