Producing Identity Configuration is a prerequisite for using PicketLink IDM. The purpose of the
IdentityConfigurationBuilder. (...) .jpa(). (...) .supportPermissions(true) method is not clear: Permissions do work both when this method is invoked with "true" as well as "false" argument. Please document the usage and/or fix functionality of the method.
