Unable to find matching navigation case when the user logs in successfully

Created a simple sample following the instructions at:

http://picketlink.org/gettingstarted/first_cdi_app/

After the user is logged in with appropriate credentials, the following warning message is shown:

Unable to find matching navigation case with from-view-id '/login.xhtml' for action '#

' with outcome 'SUCCESS'
