Description
This impacts all of our quickstarts demonstrating the HTTP Authentication Schemes (BASIC, FORM, DIGEST, CLIENT_CERT). When running in Glassfish 4.
It seems that Glassfish complains about the filter being annotated with @ApplicationScope. I think we can remove this annotation as it is redundant.
