Document transaction control requirements / suggestions for using JPAIdentityStore in JavaEE

We need to include some recommendations as to how transactions are controlled when using JPA with the IDM module. Possibly the quickstarts need to also be updated too (and we should have a quickstart that actually modifies some data at runtime, not just deployment time).
