[OptaShift Employee Rostering] Trim whitespace characters in names

Whitespace characters at the beginning and at the end of some name (of a skill, spot, or employee) should be trimmed.

NOTE: Currently, it is possible to create an item with a name that contains only whitespace characters. This option should be forbidden.
