[Project Oriented] Cannot validate solver config due to the path's first letter being cut away

    Description

      Import optacloud example, open cloudSolverConfig.solver.xml and validate it. Validation fails with:
      IllegalArgumentException: The solverConfigResource (ptacloud/optacloud/cloudSolverConfig.solver.xml) does not exist as a classpath resource in the classLoader (org.drools.core.common.ProjectClassLoader@9a5d2c43).

      Might be related to AF-648.
